Forest Hills woman charged with prostitution in White Plains raid
by Michael Lanza

A Forest Hills woman was arrested last week in an ongoing investigation into a White Plains-based prostitution ring.

The 29-year-old woman was charged with prostitution by Westchester County law enforcement officials last Thursday.

Also arrested were the group’s alleged ringleaders, both of White Plains.

Prosecutors alleged that the duo operated an upscale prostitution business from their homes in White Plains.

The group allegedly recruited, managed and scheduled nearly three dozen women — sending them on calls to various Westchester County hotels. Rates of $600 to $2,000 were charged to the ring’s clients, according to prosecutors.
The White Plains ring advertised its services in various media, including a website which used explicit imagery and language to entice potential clients.

“Our ladies aim to please, ensuring impeccable service with the utmost discretion, while endeavoring to meet and exceed the expectations of our first-class clientele,” the website read. “Our companions look forward to satisfying you. We are committed to providing an excellent and most enjoyable time that will promote the development of long-term relationships and the full GFE (girl friend experience). Tell us what you desire!”

Cops say Port Chester prostitute lifted john’s wallet
By Shawn Cohen

thestreetsA village woman accused of stealing a man’s wallet as she performed oral sex faces larceny and prostitution charges, but authorities have yet to arrest the man who agreed to pay for the act.

The 27-year-old woman approached the 37-year-old man as he left Marty’s bar on Adee Street on Wednesday night, offering him sex for $20, Port Chester police Lt. James Ladeairous said today.

“They went into the parking lot, where, I guess, the guy leaned against a car and they did their thing,” Ladeairous said.

It started with oral sex but, the lieutenant said, “The act never was completed because he stopped her and wanted to have other sex. That’s when she said ‘forget it’ and walked away. Then he realized his wallet was gone.”

He chased after the woman, screaming. Police then arrived and arrested her on charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and prostitution, a misdemeanor. She was released on $500 bail and is due in Village Court on Feb. 2.

Police didn’t arrest the man who made the complaint, saying it’s up to the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office whether to charge him for patronizing a prostitute, Ladeairous said.

A spokesman for the district attorney said prosecutors have to yet to decide whether to charge the john.

“It depends on the evidence, and we don’t have all the facts at this point,” said Lucian Chalfen, the spokesman.
