The Manhattan madam who was linked to ex-Gov. Eliot Spitzer didn’t have kind words for him yesterday after she was sentenced to five years’ probation for promoting prostitution.

“I think it’s hypocritical of the government not to prosecute him,” Kristin Davis, 32, said after she was sentenced on charges she ran an escort service called Wicked Models.

Davis said she was disappointed with the feds’ announcement last month that he wouldn’t be prosecuted.

“I thought what occurred was very hypocritical,” the bleach blonde said.
