Man says he was carjacked by prostitute
A Colton man said he was punched and carjacked by a prostitute he had picked up in San Bernardino early Tuesday morning.
The 43-year-old victim first told San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies that three men had forced him out of his blue 1990 Isuzu Trooper near an AM/PM at Fifth Street and Palm Avenue.
He then changed his story and told Redlands police that he had picked up a prostitute at approximately 12:30 a.m. at Base Line and Waterman Avenue.
They drove to Palmetto Avenue near Alabama Street where the prostitute punched him before stealing his car, said city spokesman Carl Baker.
The prostitute is described as a 5-foot 9-inch, 280-pound female.
