Several arrested in Fairfield prostitution sting

Fairfield police arrested five people on various charges including prostitution, pimping and parole violation during an undercover prostitution operation Friday night.

Police investigated “erotic services” postings for Fairfield on Craigslist and conducted the operation at an area motel where suspects arrived after arranging with undercover officers who contacted them at phone numbers listed on their Craigslist advertisements.

Three of those arrested were women, for prostitution, according to police.
